cursors.lol uses third-party services to provide functionality. By using our service, you also agree to the terms of service of these third parties:

• Roblox (for authentication and cursor assets)
• Supabase (for data storage and authentication)
• Vercel (for hosting)

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. All cursor assets are hosted on and moderated by Roblox.

To access certain features of cursors.lol, you must sign in using your Roblox account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

cursors.lol allows you to submit Roblox asset IDs or links to cursor decals hosted on the Roblox marketplace. We do not accept direct file uploads. By submitting a cursor to our platform, you:

• Represent that you have the right to share the Roblox asset
• Acknowledge that the cursor asset is hosted on and moderated by Roblox
• Grant us permission to display the asset on our platform

Submitted cursors will remain on the platform unless they are removed by Roblox or other circumstances require their removal.

You agree not to:

• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or troll images as cursors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without our permission

The cursors.lol platform, including its source code, is open source and available under its respective license. Cursor assets displayed on our platform are hosted on Roblox and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please report the asset directly to Roblox or contact us through our GitHub repository.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by cursors.lol. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Cursor assets are hosted by Roblox and may become unavailable if removed from the Roblox platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CURSORS.LOL, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unavailability of cursor assets due to removal from Roblox
• Any actions taken by Roblox regarding assets displayed on our platform

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and cursors.lol regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the service. You can submit feedback by opening an issue on our GitHub repository. Any feedback you submit will be non-confidential and may be used by us without any obligation to you.
