Terms of Service

By accessing or using cursors.lol (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides a website for discovering and sharing custom Roblox cursor assets. Features include authentication via Roblox, browsing cursors, submitting Roblox asset IDs, favoriting cursors, and administrative functionality as applicable to your role.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials and devices.

You agree that information linked from Roblox is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for content you submit, post, or transmit within the Service, including cursor asset submissions.

By submitting a cursor to our platform, you represent that you have the right to share the Roblox asset, acknowledge that the asset is hosted on and moderated by Roblox, and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal, infringing, or abusive activity
• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or troll images as cursors
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service through unauthorized means
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service

We may review activity and take action at our discretion, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension/termination.

Administrative actions may be logged for audit and safety purposes.

The Service integrates with third parties including Roblox (for authentication and cursor assets), Supabase (for authentication and database), and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

All cursor assets are hosted on and moderated by Roblox. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Cursor assets displayed on our platform are hosted on Roblox and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please report the asset directly to Roblox or contact us.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Cursor assets are hosted by Roblox and may become unavailable if removed from the Roblox platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason or no reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms will apply to the extent permitted by the consumer protection and other mandatory laws of your place of residence. Where a specific governing law or venue is required by applicable platform or local policy, that governing law and venue will apply.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
